Prices
Except where noted otherwise, the prices, if any, displayed for products on this website all base on the FOB Ningbo China trade terms for your reference only; and it usually has a relative MOQ (minimum order quantity) for different model. Specific revised quotations may be offered according to the detailed enquiry and or the material cost changed at our end. 

Quality Control
Quality is our business life. We always control the product quality seriously for our customers. If the goods are produced at our factory or packed at our own workshop, we will control tightly and inspect every part before delivery; if produced by our contract factories, we often send our reliable staffs to inspect till the delivery effected.  

Deliveries
To give you a rough idea, we deliver or ship as usual the goods ordered within 10 ~ 25 calendar days after the order clearly confirmed to us and T/T deposit or sight L/C received, depending on the specific items and quantity ordered, as well as the packaging and shipping method required. Frankly speaking, it is our promise to delivery on time, even several days earlier than the lead time of the purchase order. You will know our principle after the first order finished; if you are just our current potential customers, please check about it or something else about us with your friends, if possible. 

Payment
We usually request 30% T/T deposit to be received prior to the bulk production starts, the balance to be paid by T/T before shipment. If any problem for orders with a big value, an irrevocable documentary sight L/C may be the best choice for both two parties. However, can discuss further on the payment terms for specific orders forthcoming. 

Computer Safety
We use the genuine anti-virus program as usual, and try our best to protect our computers and web pages' security. During the daily communications with us, all our emails, photos or other mail attachments will be scanned without any virus before sending, please do not worry about the computer virus from us. 

Password
If you cannot browse this website or your IP is blocked, we will confirm your applied user name and password, or send you a user name and password especially for your visiting our updated website. But please ensure you will not share the user name and password with others. You will be responsible for the actions of any person using your specific user name and password we confirm or supply.
